The deadline for submission of full papers is 1 September 2010.

All authors with an accepted abstract for oral or poster presentation are requested to prepare a 4-page full paper for inclusion in the official UCPSS 2010 proceedings book. This article needs to be prepared in accordance with the template that can be downloaded here. For your reference, please find the author check list here.

When you have finished your paper, please save the file in MS Word format on your hard disk. Your file should be named as follows:
First author's name + first 4 words of title (e.g.: Mertens_CleaningOfSiliconWafers.doc).

The article should be sent as an attachment via email to ucpss@momentum-pco.be. Please provide your phone number, fax number and e‑mail address for rapid communication with the conference organiser. 

Please note that you are also required to complete and sign the copyright form that can be downloaded here.
The signed copyright form should be sent as an attachment via email to ucpss@momentum-pco.be or by fax to +32 16 40 35 51.
